Description
Drawing for me is an act that mirrors the frustrations of an uncertain world: a practice of recording, questioning, and revising rather than of concluding. The work holds its hesitations openly, allowing the process of looking, revisions, and digressions to become the subject itself. Within this process, this work is continuing a series which studies insects and their relationships to trees. Most specifically, cicadas are a fundamental component of woodland and garden ecosystems
